Where Are You Positioned as a Personal Brand: Entry, Premium or Luxury?
If you look at yourself as a business brand — where are you currently positioned in the market?
😎 Entry Level? e.g. #Pepco #Lidl #Primark
⭐ Mass Market? #Zara #Toyota #Citizen
👑 Premium? #Mercedes #Longines #SergioRossi
💎 Luxury? #Prada #Porsche #Rolex #Cartier
💰 Ultra Luxury? #Hermès #Bentley #PatekPhilippe
There is no right answer.
What matters is that your choice is conscious — and that you are happy with it.
If you’re not happy, consider this:
Brands position themselves and attract their target audience through the CONSCIOUS creation of their key characteristics:
👗 image 👑 quality 💰 price range
This is exactly what we should do as well:
⭐ CONSCIOUSLY create our key professional characteristics — and, by doing so, our employers and clients ⭐
Even though I come from a working-class background, I have always seen myself as part of the Premium segment.
That’s how I worked, communicated, and carried myself.
And I have always attracted premium employers.
Then, at one point, I started seeing myself as part of the Luxury segment.
Looking back, I realize that significant life changes started happening from that moment.
⭐ The point and my observation:
Employees positioned in the #MassMarket segment are the most numerous — and often the most competent.
What usually separates them from the #Premium level (salary, position, company) is ONE of the following:
- Integrity in communication — you say what you think and think what you say.
- Willingness to make decisions.
- Premium visual image (the way you communicate, carry yourself, and dress).
✨ The good news?
#Rebranding is always possible — and it starts in your mind, with a conscious decision.
Define your quality, your image, and your price range.
Today is the perfect day for that.
If you don’t do it yourself — someone else will do it for you.
